Hi there, I’m Nieda!
I am a 30 year old educator entering into my 9th year!
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education with concentrations in Math and History.
In 2018, I graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with my Master's degree in Educational Leadership.
Bio
I have two years experience of teaching 8th grade Math before transitioning to the secondary level. I've spent five years teaching Foundations of Math 1 and Math 2, along with standard Math 1, 2 and 3 courses. Last school year, I switched to subjects where I have been teaching Civics and African American History. While I may currently still be teaching History, Math will always be my first love.
When I am not teaching, I love hanging out with my toddler son, Myles and family. I enjoy listening to music, quotes, poetry, crocheting, and eating.
